  • Medical Examination and Credibility Checks: Each candidate completes a thorough medical assessment to confirm their fitness for international work, along with background verification to establish dependability.
  • Structured Interviews: Candidates participate in structured interviews to
    evaluate their technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural
    adaptability, ensuring they are suited for diverse work environments.

Targeted Industry Alignment

Once screened, candidates are carefully matched with roles that align with their skillsets, expertise, and career goals. This alignment ensures that each candidate is placed in a role that suits both their strengths and the specific needs of our client, fostering a successful and long-lasting placement.

Preparation and Deployment Support

URA provides smooth transitions for candidates through thorough preparation and logistical support before deployment. This includes coordinating visa processing, legal requirements, and, with Tripuri Group’s resources, efficiently managing flight bookings, travel schedules, and visa coordination for a seamless experience. Each candidate is registered for a Calon Pekerja Migran
Indonesia (CPMI) ID to ensure regulatory compliance, and participates in a predeparture orientation covering cultural, legal, and professional aspects, equipping them for success in their new environments.

Dedicated Post-Placement Support

We provide ongoing support to candidates and gather regular feedback from both the candidate and the employer to ensure a smooth transition and sustained satisfaction.
